It depends on your project and what we’re creating together! Custom brand design usually takes 4–8+ weeks, and the same goes for website design. During our discovery call, we’ll map out a timeline that works for your project and keeps everything on track.

My process is simple, collaborative, and designed to feel exciting, not overwhelming.

We’ll start with a consultation where we talk through your vision, goals, and what you’re hoping to achieve. After that, I’ll send over a custom proposal for you to review. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract and your first invoice to officially secure your spot.

Next, I’ll gather a few helpful pieces from you, including a branding questionnaire, copy worksheet, and a Pinterest board for inspiration. These give me insight into your business, your style, and what matters most to you.

Then the fun really begins.

I’ll dive into brand strategy, creative direction, research, and thoughtful planning before moving into design. From there, I’ll create a cohesive brand and website that feels aligned, intentional, and uniquely you.

Throughout the process, I’ll guide you every step of the way so you always feel supported, confident, and excited about what we’re building together.

It varies! Every project is different, so costs depend on what we’re creating together. After chatting about your needs, I’ll send a detailed proposal with pricing. I also let you know about any additional costs for things like domain names, website hosting, or licensed design elements (fonts, images, etc.). We’ll work together to make sure the plan (and budget) feels just right.

I typically ask for a 50% deposit to secure your project, with the rest due when we’re ready to deliver the final designs. I am also happy to accommodate an alternate payment schedule. We can create a payment plan that splits your total into 3–5 installments, depending on your project size. The first installment locks in your start date, and the rest follows along the way. Payments can be made online, by check, or even through Venmo.

I’ll need some key details about your business, your dream audience, and your design preferences. To kick things off, you’ll fill out my brand strategy questionnaire and share some ideas on a Pinterest board to help me nail down your style and what will resonate with your target audience. I’ll also need any must-have content, images, or other info to support the project. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you every step of the way!

I offer unlimited design and copy revisions because I want you to love the final product. That said, if the project scope changes significantly along the way, we’ll revisit the agreement to make sure we’re still on the same page.
